COMMERCIAL INTERIOR DEMO AND BUILD BACK - WORLD PLAZA - FORT MYERS, FL
OVERVIEW - The World Plaza project consisted of completely gutting and removing all interior partition walls and cabinets that existed previously in the double unit building. We then started fresh and built everything back with a whole new design and layout. The building was used as a Doctor's office prior, so there were multiple exam rooms that were no longer needed for the future use as an office building. It is now separated into two separate spaces for two separate businesses. Side one is completed and the tenants are in the process of moving in. Side 2 is in it's final stages and we'll have pictures up shortly!
